Description

We are looking for a dependable and organized Bilingual Administrative Assistant for a contract to permanent role, someone who is fluent in both English and Spanish and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role is perfect for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping people - especially someone who can confidently handle high-volume phone calls and appointment scheduling with professionalism and poise.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and direct a high volume of incoming calls in both English and Spanish

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors

Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars

Handle data entry, document filing, and maintain organized records

Translate documents and communications as needed

Provide general administrative support to multiple departments

Maintain a positive and professional attitude while multitasking under pressure

Qualifications:

Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)

2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a call-heavy environment

Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
