Job Description:

The Customer Service Representative will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience through timely responses, problem resolution, and professionalism. This role is entirely on-site and provides an exciting environment to directly engage with customers and contribute to the company's continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate and clear information in a timely manner.

Resolve customer issues effectively while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone.

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate services or solutions.

Document customer interactions in the company's system and ensure all records are accurate.

Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns or improve processes.

Maintain knowledge of products, services, and company policies and procedures.

Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, response time, and issue resolution.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong active listening abilities.

Proven experience in a customer-facing role; minimum of 1 year preferred.

Ability to problem-solve under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.

Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to learn internal systems quickly.

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree or some college coursework highly preferred.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
