Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative for a temporary assignment in Diamond Bar. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to provide exceptional service to clients and customers in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries via phone and email

Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency

Accurately input and update customer information in the database

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Follow up on customer requests in a timely manner

Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times

Requirements

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required

1+ year of customer service experience (call center or office setting preferred)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
