Job Title: Warehouse Shipping Associate

Job Description

As a Warehouse Shipping Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our shipping and receiving processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Record and receive incoming shipments according to established SOPs.

Prepare and process outbound shipments in compliance with international regulations and DOT/IATA guidelines.

Use hand-trucks to move and store materials as needed.

Contribute to the daily operations and overall success of the warehouse team.

Essential Skills

At least 2 years of experience with GMP.

Knowledge of SAP.

Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Word, etc.).

Valid Driver's License.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with forklift/cherry pickers (preferred).

Open-minded, team player, and good attitude.

Flexibility to adjust work hours as needed (e.g., sometimes 10 am-7 pm M-F).

Ability to start ASAP.

6-month contract with the potential to become a full-time employee based on business needs.

Work Environment

The work environment is a warehouse setting with a casual dress code, including closed-toed shoes. The primary shift is Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with flexibility required for occasional changes to 10 am to 7 pm. Located in Gaithersburg, MD.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Gaithersburg, Maryland.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
