Location: Renton, WA | Job Type: Full-Time Consultant (12 months)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-4:30 PM | Pay Rate: $22.00 - $33.00/hour

From airshows and expos to pop-up events and retail activations, you'll be at the heart of Aerospace national presence-connecting people with the brand that moves the world.

What You'll Do - Your Day, Elevated

Travel across the U.S. to support branded pop-up shops, activations, and experiential events

Be a true brand ambassador-representing our company to the public, partners, and internal teams

Execute flawless on-site operations: setup, merchandising, point-of-sale, customer engagement

Ensure consistent brand presence and uphold visual and operational standards

Collaborate with regional teams and partners to meet revenue and engagement goals

Handle inventory, assist in logistics, and ensure safety standards at every activation

What We're Looking For - Skills That Soar

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED

2+ years of experience in retail, events, or other customer-facing roles

Comfortable using POS technology and managing transactions

Able and willing to travel frequently and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Physically able to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Counterpoint or mobile POS systems

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite

Event setup, leadership, or team coordination experience

Aerospace or military background is a plus

Pay Details: $22.00 to $33.00 per hour

Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan. Our benefit offerings provide employees the flexibility to choose the @type of coverage that meets their individual needs. In addition, our associates may be eligible for paid leave including Paid Sick Leave or any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law, as well as Holiday pay where applicable.
