Department Summary:

ATT&CK Evaluations is the leader in cybersecurity evaluations, dedicated to informing the public on cybersecurity solutions, capabilities, and gaps. The ATT&CK Evaluations team plays a crucial role in assessing and improving security for industry and the community through rigorous independent testing and analysis.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsible for cost, schedule, customer communication, and technical performance of vendor evaluations. Establish milestones in the ATT&CK Evaluations program and monitor the performance of internal and external delivery against those milestones. Establish ongoing client communications, execute project activities, and ensure compliance with Evaluations policies. Identify program problems and recommends solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of evaluation rounds. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align evaluation processes. Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Manage budgets and resources to optimize ATT&CK Evaluations program delivery efficiency. Research emerging cybersecurity capabilities for evaluation and inclusion into our sponsors security architectures Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

Basic Qualifications:

Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years' experience; or equivalent combination of related education and work experience. Demonstrated experience with the design, development, and implementation of enterprise cybersecurity solutions Understanding of the MITRE ATT&CK framework and its applications. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using project management and data analysis tools. Experience with defensive cyber operations tools such as SIEMs, IDSs, SOARs, and EDRs Must be U.S. citizen able to work with MITRE federal sponsors. This position requires a minimum of 50% hybrid on-site
