Our client, a dynamic organization in the administrative sector, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the operations supporting various departments. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Wheat Ridge, CO

Pay Range: $22.75 per hour

What's the Job?

Help administer safety training and programs for two facilities.

Perform extensive data entry into Excel and track waste performance data.

Manage front desk administration, including answering the main line and greeting guests.

Assist with general administrative duties as assigned.

Utilize a high level of Excel knowledge to support various tasks.

What's Needed?

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong computer skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

No prior experience is required; a willingness to learn is essential.
