Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant based in Middletown, Ohio. This role is primarily involved in the administrative sector, where you will be tasked with a range of responsibilities including greeting customers, handling packages, placing orders, and undertaking various administrative projects.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and handle their inquiries efficiently

Receive and process deliveries from FedEx/UPS

Place orders as per the requirements and ensure their accurate fulfillment

Undertake various administrative tasks and projects to support the team

Make use of appropriate software to create reports, charts, and budgets

Coordinate activities between different departments and external parties

Manage scheduling of appointments, events, and meetings

Maintain an inventory of office supplies and address office equipment needs

Ensure the management and tracking of expense reports

Maintain both electronic and paper files in an organized manner

Coordinate the receipt and shipment of mail and other items. Requirements - Minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative role

Demonstrable skills in providing administrative assistance

Proficiency in managing administrative office tasks

Experience in ordering and managing office supplies

Ability to assist customers professionally and courteously

Experience in filing and organizing documents

Ability to provide clerical support to various departments

Proven skills in performing a variety of clerical duties efficiently and effectively TalentMatch®
