Senior Consultant (Multiple Openings), IQVIA Inc., Wayne, PA. Develop project plan with timelines and deliverables and lead project to successful completion, on-time and on-budget, from start to finish with limited senior management guidance. Manage project teams including both internal and external resources in the design, development and delivery of healthcare and life sciences industry client solutions. Lead teams to review and analyze client requirements or challenges and develop costs associated proposals that ensure profitability and high client satisfaction with limited if any senior management input. Manage the process of proposal preparation and/or modifications including overall bid integrity. Strengthen subject matter expertise through on the job experience, participation in conferences and symposiums and other forums for professional knowledge sharing. Proactively mentor, coach, and share subject matter expertise with others to elevate IQVIA's capabilities to deliver world-class solutions for clients. Recommend improvements and alternative solutions to resolve problems. Serve as key point of contact with client. Provide high level inputs and ensure the development of client reports and presentations and deliver all or significant portions of findings to client. Develop and/or elevate new business opportunities through the identification of follow-on work and new leads. Provide follow-up with client after project deliverables have been completed to ensure client satisfaction. Work M-F, 8am -- 5pm. Salary Range: $126,256 - $212,000/year. Requires a bachelor's or master's degree in Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical sciences, or related field or foreign equivalent. Requires if bachelor's five (5) years, if master's three (3) years of life sciences industry experience to include three (3) years (with bachelor's or master's): healthcare consulting experience; utilizing Customer Journey, Segmentation, Targeting; performing Promotion Allocation, Optimization, Sales Force, and ROI for Promotional tactics; utilizing Model Building for forecasting and launch; utilizing MS Excel, MS Access, and MS PowerPoint; two (2) years: performing tracking, Utilization, Usage, SOB, and LOT for brands of interest; performing patient analytics utilizing Ad-hoc and Tracking Of LAAD and Patient Data; supply chain analytics; managing access of co-pay, contacts, and performance; utilizing data visualization software including PowerBI or Tableau; utilizing SAS, SQL, R, Python, and Excel VBA; one (1) year: utilizing cloud processing environments such as Cloudera, Snowflake, and Databricks.
