Our client, a leading Agriculture company in Elizabethtown, PA is looking for Warehouse associates to join their team on their day shift- Monday-Friday 4am-12:30pm

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Elizabethtown, PA

Pay Range: $18.50/hr plus $1.00 attendance bonus AND paid holidays AND earn 8 hrs PTO every 2 months

Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain production equipment to ensure efficient and safe operations.

Monitor production processes and perform quality checks to ensure product standards are met.

Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime.

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and meet deadlines.

Document production activities and maintain accurate records.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment.

Knowledge of production equipment and machinery.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Physical stamina and ability to work in various environments.

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
