As a Security Professional - Hotel Patrol in San Jose, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts and more .

As a Patrol Officer in a renowned hotel and resort setting, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling designated areas to help maintain a secure environment. Your presence will help to deter potential security-related incidents while providing exceptional customer service to guests and staff. You will conduct routine patrols and remain visible, ensuring that all interactions reflect our values of agility, reliability, and innovation. This role requires a commitment to teamwork and integrity, contributing to a caring culture that prioritizes people. This is an unarmed position, focusing on creating a welcoming and secure atmosphere.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $20.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time

Fri03:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Sat03:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service by implementing security procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities when necessary.

Respond to incidents and critical situations with a calm and problem-solving approach.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

Must have at least 2 years of security experience.

CA Security Professional Guard Card required.

State, County, or City Issued Security License is preferred.

CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.

Experience with alarm panels is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
