Description

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join a fast-paced, student-focused environment in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the office staff.

Assist with front desk operations and ensure timely responses to inquiries.

Schedule appointments for students and maintain accurate records.

Manage and update e-forms and ensure compliance with requirements.

Maintain and regularly update master spreadsheets and databases using Excel and other software.

Handle incoming mail, including sorting and delivering relevant items to other departments.

Support database management tasks using tools like Excel and Access.

Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries courteously, even during peak periods.

Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the team.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

At least two years of administrative or secretarial experience in a detail-oriented office setting.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proven ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.

High attention to detail with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
