Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in the field for an Administrative Assistant based in Holyoke, Massachusetts, United States. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be expected to manage customer interactions, maintain up-to-date customer records, and handle customer inquiries. You will also be tasked with monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions.

Responsibilities

Efficiently process customer credit applications

Maintain and update customer credit records regularly

Tackle customer inquiries professionally and promptly

Keep track of customer accounts and execute required actions

Handle inbound calls and offer customer service as needed

Carry out data entry tasks accurately

Correspond professionally via email with customers

Manage both inbound and outbound calls effectively

Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word for various tasks

Schedule appointments as required Requirements - Proficiency in answering inbound calls, handling customer inquiries efficiently and effectively.

Excellent customer service skills, with a proven track record of maintaining customer satisfaction.

Experience in data entry, with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

Skilled in managing email correspondence, ensuring detail oriented and timely communication.

Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls, maintaining a calm and detail oriented demeanor.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create, manage and analyze data spreadsheets.

Experienced in using Microsoft Outlook for email, scheduling and task management.

Skilled in creating presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint, with a focus on clarity and visual impact.

Ability to create, edit and format documents using Microsoft Word.

Experience in scheduling appointments, with a focus on organization and time-management. TalentMatch®
