Description

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity in EUGENE, Oregon for an Administrative Assistant. The position involves various administrative duties such as data management, scheduling, and customer service.

Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service.

Ensure efficient data entry and management of customer records.

Handle email correspondence with professionalism and accuracy.

Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) to complete tasks and projects.

Maintain an organized calendar and schedule appointments as necessary.

Carry out general administrative tasks such as filing and record keeping.

Requirements - Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing inbound/outbound calls efficiently.

Demonstrated ability in providing excellent customer service.

Expertise in data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.

Experience with email correspondence, ensuring detail oriented and timely communication.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
