The Job
The Associate Manager, Brand and Product Marketing - will work as part of a team developing the brand and product strategy, partnering with development on multi-year product roadmaps, and guiding a global cross-functional organization for our Console and PC business.
The Daily
Assist in developing and executing comprehensive global marketing plans
Monitor business and campaign health using data and insights to drive decision making
Assist in the development of all global creative. Develop and manage global asset calendar and be accountable for timely delivery of materials to all territories.
Partner with studio and product teams on the production of assets and manage production calendars
Develop metadata and ensure all retail accounts receive assets in a timely manner.
Manage all packaging components and liaise with international counterparts for all localization needs
Partner with international marketing teams to develop local campaign assets and ensure territory initiatives are on strategy
Manage existing licensor relationships including day-to-day execution, follow-ups on requests, and asset approvals
Assist in maintaining budget and managing payment process with vendors
Assist in asset management and dissemination
Provides vendor directive for development of plans/materials. Makes decisions on timelines and creative workflow.
Provide directive for execution of marketing tactics. Make decisions on timelines and creative workflow.
Briefing agencies and executing on all areas of the marketing mix (media, online, promotions, etc.) on each title to ensure the best marketing communications plan for the title.

The Essentials
Demonstrate knowledge of the gaming business
Strong analytical skills and strategic mindset
Strong organization and project management skills
Strong knowledge of social media and digital platforms
Experience with licensor routing and establishing approval processes
BA/BS degree required
Familiarity and interest in various gaming genres, especially Fighting & Action Adventure
Excellent analytical, verbal, and written skills
Results oriented, self-motivated, takes initiative
Extremely organized and detail oriented
Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
Ability to analyze a variety of data and identify marketing trends
High degree of comfort managing multiple projects
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Deep understanding of gaming and broader culture (Ex. Music, Anime, Sports, Fashion, etc.)
Requires some travel

3-4+ years work experience in videogames marketing or digital marketing preferred.
MBA nice to have
Coursework emphasis in business/marketing/communications strongly preferred

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $76,658.00 - $142,366.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
