Overview

Publicis Sapient is looking for a finance professional who will be managing relationships and processes across a variety of cross-functional teams. This individual should be a tenacious problem solver, creative thinker, fast learner, someone who's detail-oriented and interested in learning Publicis Sapient's business. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in analyzing financial data, preparing client-facing reports, and supporting strategic decisions through financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Partnering with Client Services and Project Management Teams to understand key financial drivers such as pricing, revenue mix, erosion to manage project/client profitability

Collaborating closely with various internal teams (Capacity, Controllership, Legal, Financial Reporting) to deliver complete and accurate financial results

Assisting with monthly, quarterly and annual forecasting, revenue, margin projections, contracts, cash collections, invoicing, purchase orders and reporting

Maintaining data integrity within systems and tools used for financial analysis and reporting

Develop and maintain excel models to forecast, track and analyze client profitability and project performance

Continuously improve financial processes, templates, and reporting tools

Organizing and promoting team activities to foster community building

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with emphasis in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; equivalent training and experience may be substituted

2-5 years of professional experience desired

Outstanding attention to detail is a must with the ability to multitask

Strong analytical, solution-oriented thinking

A love of collaboration as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

General technical competency with an ability to learn and use new systems if required; prior experience with SAP (Altair), Salesforce, or similar systems is a plus

Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, nested formulas)

SAP (Altair) and Salesforce experience

Additional information

Base Pay Range: $79,000 - $105,000. The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself
