Staff Accountant to join our growing company with excellent benefits and opportunity to continue to learn from a great Controller. Manufacturing or Distribution experience strong communication and strong stable work history.

Responsibilities:

Handle account reconciliations with diligence.

Utilize Excel for creating vlook ups and pivot tables.

Use your skills in General Ledger and Journal Entries.

Participate in Month End Close activities.

Be hands-on with inventory accounting in a manufacturing or distribution setting.

Communicate effectively and interact with manufacturing and management.

Efficiently process customer credit applications.

Keep customer credit records up to date and accurate.

Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner.

Monitor customer accounts, identifying any issues and taking action where necessary.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting experience general ledger and bank reconciliations

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or finance

Proficiency in bank reconciliations

Strong knowledge of general ledger functions

Experience in creating and posting journal entries

Ability to handle month-end close procedures

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

CPA certification is a plus, but not required
