Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and friendly Bartender/Server to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. This role requires a strong commitment to quality, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities - Greet and serve customers in a timely and friendly manner - Prepare and serve drinks according to recipes and standards - Handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system with accuracy - Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the service bar, storage areas, and equipment - Ensure all food and beverages are served in compliance with food safety and handling regulations - Provide assistance to customers, including answering questions and making recommendations - Manage tables and seating areas to ensure efficient service - Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a seamless dining experience - Maintain knowledge of menu items and ingredients to provide informed customer service - Participate in ongoing training and education to improve knowledge of products and services Qualifications - Experience in the food industry, preferably in a restaurant or bar environment - Knowledge of food safety and handling practices - Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, and stand for extended periods - Strong customer service skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting - Proficiency in cash handling and operating a point-of-sale system - Basic math skills and the ability to accurately handle money - Ability to work in a team environment and provide assistance to colleagues - High school diploma or equivalent required - Food service certification preferred Skills - Experience with Aloha POS systems - Knowledge of food handling and safety practices - Ability to provide excellent customer service - Strong math skills - Cash handling experience - Proficiency in operating a point-of-sale system - Experience in the food service industry - Restaurant experience - Food safety certification - Ability to help and support colleagues - Experience with food handling and safety practices - High school diploma or equivalent - Food service certification - Ability to work in a team environment - Excellent customer service skills
