Job Title: Part-Time Executive Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities

Assist in scheduling and arranging appointments, meetings, business trips, and maintain the calendar of events and schedules for the CEO and executives.

Disseminate meeting details and serve as a receptionist, greeting visitors and guests in a professional manner.

Manage office supplies for the corporate office and branches.

Handle all aspects of facilities management.

Coordinate employee logo wear orders and invoicing.

Schedule and organize activities and events such as the Annual Meeting, Strategic Planning Meeting, employee events, and other organizational activities.

Essential Skills

3-5 years of administrative experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
