Construction Administrator/Project Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Construction Administrator who will handle various construction-related administrative tasks throughout the day. The ideal candidate should be eager to work hard, take initiative in all situations, and be committed to long-term employment with our team.

Responsibilities

Answering all construction deliveries and managing incoming packages.

Providing exceptional customer service by handling construction orders and calls.

Utilizing Microsoft Word and basic Excel programs for documentation and tracking.

Offering construction knowledge and advice to clients, consultants, and other stakeholders.

Working 100% in the office, ensuring reliability and a proactive approach to tasks.

Essential Skills

Experience with customer service, administration, or project coordination within a construction environment (subcontractor or general contractor).

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and basic Excel.

Strong initiative and a proactive attitude.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

This is an entry-level role suitable for candidates with up to 2 years of experience.

Willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Work Environment

This position requires the individual to be in the office 5 days a week, working closely with the VP. The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, with no idle time. The candidate must be reliable and ready to take on various tasks throughout the day

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $60000.00/yr.

his candidate will be spending their time answering all construction deliveries, utilizing microsoft word, and will be taking initiative to do different construction/administrative tasks throughout the day. This NEEDS to be someone who does not want to sit around & take initiative in all situations.

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Purcellville,VA.
