Job Title: Manufacturing Associate

Job Description - Otay Mesa!

We are looking for a detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate to join our team. You will be responsible for trimming excess rubber, checking parts for defects, painting grooves in parts with glue using small brushes, operating machinery, and performing molding tasks.

Responsibilities

Trim excess rubber from manufactured parts

Inspect parts for any defects

Apply glue to grooves in parts using small brushes

Operate machinery used in the manufacturing process

Perform molding tasks as required

Essential Skills

Experience with small parts and general production

Proficiency in using hand tools

6 months of manufacturing experience is preferred

Strong attention to detail

Ability to operate machinery

Capability to stand or sit for long periods of time

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Diego, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
