Looking to make your next career move? Kelly is hiring for an Accounting Clerk in Austin, MN! This is an excellent opportunity to join the team at a global branded food company.

Temporary, ~3 months, potential for extension

Full-time hours, Monday-Friday (7am-4pm or 8am-5pm)

Pay: $21.50/hr

Onsite role, ability to work Fridays remote after training

Start ASAP!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performs period close accounting duties, such as entering journal vouchers for accruals and allocations.

Utilizes strong organizational skills and attention to detail to produce a high volume of work in a timely manner which is accurate, complete, and of high quality.

Ensures the accuracy of entries through balance sheet reconciliations.

Works with internal teams to administer reporting and track spending

Accumulates financial data for management reports

Prepares wire payments for vendor invoices. Works with cash management and procurement teams to ensure vendor set up process is completed.

Manages payment process and accruals

Reconciles bank accounts and settles intercompany wires.

Reconciles intercompany accounts crossing multiple currencies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

3+ years' experience in an accounting role.

Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
