We are in search of an experienced Sr. Financial Analyst with a focus on Real Estate to join a dynamic team, located in Coral Gables. The role involves analyzing financial models, reviewing joint venture opportunities, and providing comprehensive financial information.

Company Overview: Reputable and stable group growing within multifamily residential, land & acquisition RealEstate space. This is an exciting time to work closely with an Executive team and cultivate career gaining experience within this leadership tier.

Location: Coral Gables

Schedule: M-F In office; standard hours

Salary: $90,000-$110,000

Benefits: %Medical paid, generous PTO, generous Holidays (winter holiday office days closure), 401k, lots of Employee Perks, causal Friday and Summer leave early on Fridays

Keys to this Role:

Min of Bachelor's degree in Finance

Experience in the Real Estate industry

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred

Strong Financial modeling skills

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish

Responsibilities:

Analyzing and interpreting complex financial data from real-estate joint ventures.

Providing comprehensive explanations on different joint venture opportunities based on financial data.

Reviewing financial information related to (multifamily residential) land, term sheets, and overall financial outlook.

Employing financial modeling techniques to support strategic initiatives.

Utilizing Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial modeling tasks.

Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial models and reports.

Collaborating with stakeholders to understand and review the financial implications of joint venture opportunities.

Requirements

Min of Bachelor's degree in Finance

Experience in the Real Estate industry

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred

Strong Financial modeling skills

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports

Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal

Must be able to work collaboratively with various teams

Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish
