Our client, a leader in the pet food manufacturing industry, is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Manager to join their team. As a Sr. Maintenance Manager, you will be part of the Operations Management team supporting the Maintenance and Utilities Department. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to safety and quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sr. Maintenance Manager

Location: Columbia County, PA

What's the Job?

Drive progressive maintenance processes that maximize mechanical reliability.

Manage the Maintenance and Utilities Department with a focus on preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.

Provide leadership to a multi-skilled technician team, ensuring effective hiring, training, and performance management.

Oversee the operation and maintenance of critical facility systems, including HVAC and industrial boilers.

Develop and maintain training programs to enhance technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills among team members.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience in maintenance, engineering, or production, including supervisory experience.

Experience in self-directed work teams and autonomous maintenance preferred.

Working knowledge of multi-discipline fields of maintenance and plant engineering.

Strong communication skills and the ability to lead both strategically and tactically.

Ability to solve technical problems and implement proactive maintenance strategies.
