Job Summary:
We are seeking a high caliber Sourcing & Supply Chain Manager, to join our Strategic Sourcing organization, based in the Company's Broomfield, Colorado headquarters. This role will have high visibility with Sr Leadership and the Food and Beverage Center of Excellence, and report directly to the Sr Manager, Procurement & Supply Chain. This position will primarily be responsible for developing robust analytical strategies for procurement planning and adaptive multi-year forecasts for all Food and Beverage (F&B) spend across the North American resorts, and ensuring critical inventory KPIs are achieved through trend analysis and risk mitigation strategies. The ideal candidate will also deliver operational value through implementing a broad range of supply chain practices, in collaboration with key business stakeholders. Job Responsibilities:
Develop analytical tools and techniques to interpret data, identify opportunities, and develop highly accurate forecasts
Create and implement predictive alert tools via data analysis to ensure lean inventory and support just-in-time ordering practices
Design data visualization tools to communicate forecasts, inventory, and ordering best practices with the field in support of a decentralized purchasing model
Innovate ordering techniques and develop a robust set of systems to support the field in identifying requirements and order volumes
Forecast and manage demand planning for all food and beverage across 200+ locations, manage in-season risk through strong analytical skill and data driven decision making.
Manages key supply chain metrics (Forecast Accuracy, Inventory Turns, Waste, Risk Mitigation, SKU rationalization, Dual Sourcing Substitutions, and Demand Management) to ensure we are meeting the critical needs of our operations.
Drive Operations Relationship Management through ensuring we maintain a strong connection to the needs of the field via monthly/weekly operational syncs
Support resort operations to ensure we the right quality, at the right place, at the right time
Demonstrates an unyielding passion for the guest experience, culture, mission and vision.

Essential Capabilities:
Exceptional analytical skills with a mastery of Excel/Smartsheets, you enjoy developing new ways to interpret data
Experience developing data analysis and data visualization in a Supply Chain, procurement setting
Next level analytical skills and complex problem solving with the ability to develop pricing models appropriate for the goods/services being sourced
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong relationships with both internal and external senior stakeholders
Demonstrate positive and professional attitude toward staff, co-workers, internal and external customers, and management
Financially oriented and can tie strategies and initiatives back to value
High degree of ethics and integrity
Education, Training & Experience:
B.S. in Business, Finance, Supply-Chain, or related field
3+ years of progressive experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or Data Analysis
Data analytics, analytical models, and creating meaningful data insights are essential
Understanding of the F&B and resort industries is a plus
The expected Total Compensation for this role is $76,841.70 - $100,000.00 + annual bonus. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
