Description

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable Receptionist to join our team in Montebello, CA. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service while managing front-desk operations efficiently. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, as we serve a diverse community.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner

Answer and direct incoming phone calls

Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages

Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry

Schedule appointments and manage calendars as needed

Provide general information to clients, staff, and the public

Support other departments with clerical duties as assigned

Requirements

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

Professional appearance and demeanor

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
