time As a Receptionist/Dispatcher for Youth On The Move Inc., you will
play a pivotal role in managing our front office and dispatch
operations. You are the first point of contact for visitors and callers,
ensuring smooth communication and coordination across our transportation
services. You will provide a welcoming environment, handle inquiries,
and maintain accurate records, ensuring that our clients, drivers, and
staff are well-supported and informed. Dispatcher / Customer Service
Need: 1 Person Pay: \$21.00 ? \$21.50 per hour Schedule: Full-time |
Monday ? Friday | Day Shift Language: Spanish (Required) Key
Responsibilities: ? Front desk operations and answering calls ? Dispatch
coordination with drivers and staff ? Scheduling appointments and
managing records ? Supporting clients and resolving inquiries
professionally Requirements: ? 2+ years in a receptionist, dispatcher,
or customer service role ? Bilingual (Spanish/English) ? Proficient in
Microsoft Office ? Must be able to commute or relocate to Indian
Orchard, MA
