The team is currentlyseekingamotivatedCook IIto join theirculinary team! The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience as a line cook in a high-volume restaurant and the ability to work a varied schedule. Previous hotel experience is a plus!

A Cook IIis responsible forpreparing cold food items in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

AsII, you wouldbe responsible forpreparing cold food items in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you wouldbe responsible forperforming the following tasks to the highest standards:

Prepare cold food items including, but not limited to, salads, fruits, dressings, fish items and appetizers, according to designated recipes and quality standards

Maintain cleanliness andcomply withfood sanitation standards at all times

Manage guest orders in a friendly,timelyand efficient manner

Ensure knowledge of menu and food products

Stock andmaintaindesignated food stations(s)

Visually inspect all food sent from the kitchen

Practice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal, state, local and company regulations

The ability to work weekdays, mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays isrequired.

The hourly rate for this position is $26.90.
