Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Associate Attorney in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This role is within the legal industry and involves civil litigation procedures and tasks. The Associate Attorney will be expected to manage various legal tasks, ranging from drafting and reviewing legal documents, to handling complaints and managing court cases.

Responsibilities:

Drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs as part of the civil litigation process

Handling discovery work, including drafting and reviewing pleadings

Drafting demand letters in accordance with legal requirements and standards

Managing legal cases using case management software

Utilizing Adobe Acrobat and 3M in the course of work

Handling complaints and claim administration tasks in a timely and efficient manner

Drafting legal documents and letters as per the requirements of the case

Working with conveyancer and document management systems for efficient case handling

Utilizing civil litigation experience to handle complex cases

Engaging in consumer electronics legal matters when necessary. Requirements - Must hold a valid Bar Admission

Requires a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school

Proficiency in 3M required

Must be familiar with Adobe Acrobat

Experience with Case Management Software is necessary

Knowledge of Conveyancer software is a plus

Should have strong skills in Document Management

Ability to handle Briefing tasks effectively

Experience in Civil Litigation is mandatory

Should be adept at Claim Administration

Expertise in Complaint Handling necessary

Familiarity with Consumer Electronics is desirable

Must be proficient in drafting legal documents

Experience in drafting letters is required

Prior Civil Litigation Experience is a must
