Description We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Doraville, Georgia. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity and is crucial to our daily operations. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for managing inbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and handling data entry tasks.

Responsibilities:

Manage and direct inbound and outbound calls effectively

Provide superior customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly

Maintain meticulous records through data entry tasks

Handle email correspondence with professionalism and efficiency

Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook for various administrative tasks

Support the team with sales calls when necessary Requirements - Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

Solid experience in providing top-notch customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.

Expertise in data entry tasks, maintaining accuracy and efficiency in managing large volumes of information.

Ability to handle email correspondence effectively, demonstrating excellent written communication skills.

Experience with both inbound and outbound calls, showcasing versatility and adaptability.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.

Skilled in using Microsoft Outlook for managing emails, appointments, contacts, and tasks.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word for creating and editing documents.
