Position Title: Executive Assistant

Compensation: $85,000-115,000 USD annual

Department: Administration

Location: Naperville, IL, USA

The Opportunity

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the COO and other leadership team members as required.

Responsibilities

Maintain complex and detailed calendars.

Acting as the point of contact between executives and internal or external colleagues.

Manage the coordination and logistics of both internal and external meetings.

Arrange and coordinate complicated domestic and international travel.

Organize all aspects for offsite conferences and external events, including catering and transportation.

Process invoices and expense reports for identified leaders. Ensure all policies are followed and items are processed within provided guidelines.

Act as a subject matter expert for policies and procedures

Assist with certain staff on-boarding and off-boarding, which includes requesting equipment setup and system access.

Prepares, plans, and coordinates presentations and reports.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business Administration, or equivalent administrative assistant experience

Minimum of 10 years of executive level administrative support experience

Extensive experience booking and coordinating international travel.

Proven ability to collaborate to achieve outcomes, at all levels, including C-suite.

Public company executive support in past work experience is a plus.

Exceptional proficiency with Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel
