Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Specialist based in Roseville, California. You will be a part of a team that operates within the industry, focusing on tasks such as account reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, billing, and data entry.

Responsibilities:

Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices

Manage accounts payable and receivable functions

Conduct account reconciliation activities to maintain accurate records

Handle and resolve billing issues and inquiries

Perform data entry tasks to maintain customer records

Utilize software like Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks

Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions as required

Maintain an organized and efficient work environment.

Requirements

Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required.

Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is essential.

Must have knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR).

Familiarity with Billing procedures is necessary.

Must be adept at Data Entry tasks.

Experience in Invoice Processing is important.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.

Experience with QuickBooks is beneficial.
