Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the medical industry, located in Glendora, California. As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our medical community customers, ensuring the smooth processing of orders and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Handle high volumes of inbound calls for order placement, inquiries, and payments with clarity, knowledge, and confidence

Proactively manage and update customer information in the Customer Relationship Management and ERP software system

Collaborate across multiple departments including Sales, Accounting, Inventory Management, Quality Assurance, Marketing, Shipping, etc., to deliver exceptional service

Maintain a strategic approach while dealing with detailed tasks, keeping an eye on larger issues like inventory levels, shipping timelines, and customer priorities

Act as a backup for processing international orders

Assist in the completion of company projects

Handle delicate customer situations professionally, interacting with customers and sales representatives effectively

Exhibit flexibility in dealing with diverse customer personalities and sales representatives

Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data entry and email correspondence. Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role

Proficient in answering inbound calls

Prior experience in a call center environment is highly desirable

Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively

Accurate and efficient data entry skills

Experience with email correspondence, responding to customer inquiries and concerns

Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

Experience with order entry, accurately processing customer orders

Ability to schedule appointments, managing customer interactions efficiently

Familiarity with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne software is a plus TalentMatch®
