Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Bilingual Account Manager in Overland Park, Kansas. In this role, you will be playing a pivotal role in enhancing client relationships while supporting a Mexico-based client. You will be immersed in understanding the competitive landscapes and emerging trends of the clients, ensuring proactive internal and external communication. You will also be the key escalation point for client issues, while developing strong relationships across various contacts within client organizations and your team.

Responsibilities:

Deepen understanding of clients' competitive environments and emerging trends

Support a client based in Mexico and ensure proactive communication

Manage and resolve escalated client issues efficiently

Foster strong relationships with multiple contacts within client organizations

Attend client meetings regularly to nurture partnerships

Leverage skills in Data Entry and Microsoft Excel for maintaining client records

Utilize Spanish language proficiency for effective client communication

Apply Relationship Management and Account Management skills to strengthen client relationships. Requirements - Proficiency in both English and Spanish languages is a must-have for clear and effective communication with diverse clientele.

Demonstrated experience in Account Management is essential, with a strong focus on maintaining and growing client relationships.

Solid skills in Data Entry, ensuring accurate and timely input of essential client information.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for managing and interpreting data, creating reports, and forecasting trends.

Proven ability in Relationship Management, with a focus on building and nurturing strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
