We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Consultant to support our Finance team during a critical ERP upgrade project. This role is designed to backfill day-to-day responsibilities, ensuring seamless financial operations while the team focuses on the transformation project.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support to the Finance Director, in corporate analytical activities, including enterprise-wide forecasting and budgeting.

Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting purposes.

Manage a substantial budget of over $1.5 billion.

Prepare for the budget cycle, including creating the budget calendar.

Re-evaluate and manage leftover responsibilities while the team is focused on the finance transformation project.

Perform with minimal training and quickly integrate into the team to provide immediate value.

Act as an individual contributor, focusing on managing processes rather than people.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

10-15 years of experience in Finance Management or FP&A.

Proven experience in the manufacturing sector.

Strong financial modeling capabilities.

Preferred experience with Hyperion.

Ability to work independently and manage large budgets effectively.

Work Environment

This role will primarily work, with expectation to come into the office as needed for certain events/meetings etc.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr.
