Job Description
The Senior Specialist Human Resources Business Partner, will provide Human Resources support for the Information Technology Organization. This position coaches the leaders and his/her leadership team as a partner in the development of the organizational talent strategy, workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, restructuring, change management, leader effectiveness, performance management, compensation and rewards, and new business integration strategies.
This position reports to the Executive Director, Information Technology Human Resources. As part of the Global Support Functions Division Human Resources team, the Human Resources Business Partner will partner with peer Human Resources Business Partners globally and an extended team of Human Resources colleagues, spanning Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Employment Legal, Talent Management and Learning & Development in support of the business.
In this role, you will also work on special projects that impact our Global IT organization. The nature of these projects could vary over time but will touch on talent management, early career programs, strategic workforce planning, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Human Resources consulting and coaching to the Senior Leader Network. Understand dynamics and key business priorities of client groups to provide support to business leaders on effectively managing their organizations.
Support all talent management and organizational alignment activities within client groups. Support organizational change management activities, to strategically shape the organization of the future. Support the talent strategy for the Information Technology (IT) organization. Drive culture change and team effectiveness strategies.
Collaborate across the Human Resources network and with other stakeholders across the organization to resolve escalated issues and generate solutions to enable client's business strategy.
Coach leaders to successfully manage all cyclical people management processes (talent management, succession planning, performance management, progression promotion, compensation planning, etc.).
Lead key Human Resources Projects for our Information Technology organization in close partnership with Human Resources colleagues across the organization, ensuring alignment with the Information Technology Human Resources Leader and program sponsors.
Partner with the learning & development organization on learning strategies and solutions to support and enable talent strategy.
Partner with talent acquisition organization on activities in support of the organization's workforce plan and talent strategy.
Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, employee relations).
Provide Human Resources policy guidance and interpretation.
Analyze trends and metrics to provide guidance for strategic organizational planning.
Ambassador leading and supporting our cultural growth and inclusion initiatives, steward and exemplar of compliant and ethical behavior.
Required Skills/Competencies
Demonstrated Human Resources functional competence in one or more Human Resources disciplines.
Demonstrated experience leading multiple Human Resources Projects and initiatives, leveraging resources across the organization, managing timelines, and driving through successful delivery.
Ability to strategically prioritize time and problem solve against most impactful activities and initiatives.
Proven ability to demonstrate and foster collaboration among peers and extended global Human Resources organization. Stakeholder management of multiple decision makers, corporate colleagues, and cross-functional teams.
Experience navigating and leveraging Human Resources systems and data analytics to support client consultation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High emotional intelligence and highly effective communicator with the ability to influence outcomes at all levels of the business.
Ability to build trusted partnerships and to work effectively with people at all levels.
Advanced use of Microsoft Office 365 Productivity and Collaboration tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Planner, OneDrive, Stream, etc.
Preferred Competencies
Previous Human Resources Business Partner experience
Previous experience supporting global teams, providing manager guidance on cross-border work
Demonstrated experience managing in organization development such as organization design, change management, workforce planning
Knowledge of United States employment legal practices and policies
Required Education
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline, or currently in pursuit of degree completion, or equivalent relevant work experience
Required Experience :
Minimum 6 years' experience as an HR Business Partner, in an HR COE or in HR Operations role (with Masters' degree, minimum experience is 4 years); or relevant applicable experience

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

The Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job in certain states and cities within the United States. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate's relevant skills, experience, and education.
Expected US salary range:
$104,200.00 - $163,900.00
