Robert Half is partnering with an esteemed client in San Diego, CA, to identify an experienced and detail-oriented Sr. Administrative Assistant. This key role provides critical support to executives and departments, ensuring daily operations run seamlessly.

Responsibilities:

Executive Support: Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, prepare presentations, and handle sensitive correspondence.

Administrative Tasks: Provide advanced administrative and clerical support, including creating detailed reports, invoices, and maintaining accurate records.

Communication Coordination: Act as a liaison between executives, clients, and internal teams, ensuring professional interactions and timely responses.

Event Planning: Organize company events, team meetings, travel arrangements, and other logistical needs.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize administrative processes for increased efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of administrative experience, preferably supporting senior-level executives.

Technical Expertise: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Knowledge of additional office and CRM tools is a plus.

Organizational Skills: Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.

Discretion: Proven experience handling sensitive and confidential information responsibly.

Education: Associate degree required; bachelor's degree in business administration or related fields preferred.
