Our client, a well-established manufacturing company in Spokane, WA, is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant for a contract or contract-to-hire opportunity. This is a key role supporting senior management and various departments to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive administrative experience, a strong ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Responsibilities:

Provide high-level administrative support to senior management and departmental leaders.

Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and schedule travel arrangements.

Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports with a high degree of accuracy.

Maintain and organize confidential files, records, and documents in accordance with company policies.

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.

Assist with project management tasks, tracking deadlines, and ensuring timely completion of assignments.

Handle expense reports, invoices, and budget tracking for the department.

Coordinate special events, meetings, and team-building activities.

Provide general office support including answering phones, ordering office supplies, and assisting with day-to-day operations.

Requirements

5+ years of experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.

Proven ability to manage senior-level administrative duties with a high degree of professionalism.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with office management software.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred.
