Our client, a leading custom home manufacturer, is searching for multiple roles to fill in their production needs. If you have experience with flooring, roofing, or electrical, we want to hear from you for these temp to hire positions!

Job Title: Flooring, Roofing, Electrical

Location: Leola, PA

Pay: Starting at $18/hr + DOE

Shift: Day shift, Mon-Fri

Job Summary: We are seeking skilled construction workers to join our team in a modular home manufacturing facility. Positions are available in flooring, roofing, and electrical work. The ideal candidates will have experience in their respective fields and a strong commitment to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Flooring: Install ceramic tile, laminate, and other flooring materials in modular homes.

Roofing: Apply shingles, metal roofing, and other roofing materials to ensure durable and weatherproof roofs.

Electrical: Install wiring, outlets, lighting fixtures, and ensure compliance with electrical codes and standards.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in flooring, roofing, or electrical work.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.

Knowledge of safety regulations and practices.

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
