A Vista-based organization is seeking a meticulous Staff Accountant to handle essential accounting functions and contribute to accurate financial reporting. Key Responsibilities:

Perform bank and account reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Assist in month-end close tasks, including preparing journal entries and accruals.

Maintain the general ledger by tracking transactions related to inventory, costs, and production expenses.

Collaborate with the Accounts Payable and Payroll teams to ensure accurate processing and timely payments.

Support compliance efforts by providing documentation for audits and regulatory filings.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of accounting experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (such as SAP or Oracle) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups).

Key Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical, and an eagerness to learn and grow in an evolving industry.
