Description We are in search of a proficient Accountant to join our team in DES PLAINES, Illinois. The Accountant will be tasked with the responsibility of managing customer accounts, processing applications, and maintaining precise customer records. This position offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

Accurately process customer credit applications with efficiency

Keep detailed and organized financial records in check

Reconcile bank statements to ensure alignment with the company's financial records

Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities to aid in the organization's financial planning and management

Monitor customer accounts and initiate the necessary action

Utilize accounting software systems and ERP for effective financial management

Handle tasks related to Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

Maintain Balance Sheet Account and use Acumatica for financial functions Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of detail-oriented experience in an accounting role

Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

Experience with ADP - Financial Services

Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems

Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions

Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

Ability to manage Balance Sheet Account

Proficiency in Acumatica software Preferred
