External Manufacturing Analyst

CTG is seeking to fill an External Manufacturing Analyst opening for our client in Martinsburg, WV.

Location: Martinsburg, WV

Duration: 6 months

Duties:

Update all Bills of Materials (BOMs) and Master Data in SAP, EWM, and MES systems.

Support training initiatives for External Manufacturers and internal plant teams as part of the new ERP rollout project.

Maintain and update External Manufacturing lists, libraries, InfoPath forms, and calendars in SharePoint and other related databases.

Serve as a technical resource and subject matter expert in SAP, providing support for troubleshooting, issue resolution, and operational problem-solving.

Skills:

Strong computer proficiency, with the ability to navigate various systems and tools.

SAP experience is highly preferred.

Effective virtual communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and locations using Microsoft Teams.

Experience:

Prior experience supporting manufacturing operations or ERP systems preferred.

Experience in managing data within SAP, EWM, MES, and SharePoint environments is a plus.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
