Atlantic Health System is seeking a dedicated and passionate Per Diem Physical Therapist to join our team at the Outpatient Physical Therapy Center in Hackettstown Medical Center. The hours will vary, within the office hours of 8a-7p, so we can best serve our youths. Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

Provide physical therapy evaluations with pediatric patients ages zero-sixteen with varied developmental, neurological and orthopedic diagnosis.

Design and implement PT treatment plans.

Communicate with the entire patient care team.

Perform all electronic documentation per discipline and department guidelines.

Minimum Education:

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with terminal degree appropriate for year of graduation.

Minimum Experience:

1-2 years working with infants and children ages 0-16 preferred.

Preferred experience working in an outpatient pediatric setting.

License/Certifications:

Clear and Active New Jersey license is required.
