About the Customer

Client is a leading global company that manufactures and supplies industrial packaging products and services to customers around the world. Adecco is partnering with to hire a dedicated General Production Associate in the Warminster, PA area.

Position Overview

As a General Production Associate, you will be responsible for operating machinery, material handling equipment, and performing general tasks such as loading/unloading materials and inspecting products to ensure high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate assigned machinery and/or equipment and handle materials in a safe and productive manner, following Operational Standard Work and supervisor instructions.

Operate equipment to produce units and/or handle materials as needed.

Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including the use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Load and unload raw materials and finished products. (Must be able to consistently lift 50-55 lbs)

Perform visual inspections of products to ensure quality.

Maintain housekeeping and general maintenance functions within your work area.

Follow all rules and procedures as outlined for the assigned work location.

Complete tasks and operations as directed by your supervisor.

Technical Skills & Requirements:

Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently.

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Entry-level position with little or no prior manufacturing experience required.

Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as requested.

Must pass a pre-placement background check.

Occasional climbing and balancing.

Requires standing for extended periods, frequent lifting, bending, stooping, squatting, pulling, pushing, twisting, reaching, and grasping.

PPE and Dress Code:

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required as per safety guidelines.

Standard industrial attire for production environments.

Education Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
