Store Manager

Full time, days. Monday to Friday. Weekends as needed.

Duties:

You oversee the operation of a single store.

This includes, but is not limited to, hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.

It's up to you to make your store a success.

A restaurant manager oversees daily operations, manages staff, ensures customer satisfaction, handles finances, and maintains inventory to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently

Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent.

One year work experience.

To prepare you for success, we will provide an 8 or more weeks of store leadership training program.

Hands-on paid training to prepare you for success.

Candidates must pass drug screen and background check. (Convictions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. However, company policy does not permit the employment of candidates with some classes/@types of convictions.)
