This position will maximize service levels by effectively communicating and coordinating required materials and activities to meet on-time delivery goals at the lowest cost. Release planned orders to enhance efficiency and minimize costs. Manage inventory levels to achieve target turnover objectives through database management, forecast reviews, and scheduling supplier and subcontractor deliveries to meet production schedules and customer needs.

A Junior Planner supports these activities by assisting with material tracking, updating planning data, monitoring inventory levels, and following up on open orders. Under the guidance of senior planners, the Junior Planner helps execute planned orders, maintain accurate system data, and ensure timely communication with suppliers and internal teams to support smooth production flow.

Qualifications and Skills:

Associate degree or pursuing a degree in business administration, supply chain, data analysis, or a related discipline.

Exposure to ERP systems and basic understanding of database concepts (Oracle / SAP experience a plus).

Internship or coursework related to planning, supply chain, or manufacturing preferred.

Familiarity with inventory concepts such as Kanban or JIT is a plus.

Strong attention to detail with a willingness to learn and develop analytical skills.

Proactive, collaborative mindset with a strong desire to contribute to team goals.

Ability to communicate effectively across departments and work well in cross-functional teams.

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel; comfort working with spreadsheets and basic formulas.

Organized and methodical work habits with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
