We are seeking a Sales & Operations Business Analyst to join our team located in Gonzales, California. As a Sales & Operations Business Analyst, your primary focus will be on managing and analyzing supply chain operations, utilizing various ERP solutions, and maintaining robust communication channels with customers. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, where your analytical skills and customer service abilities will be highly valued.
Responsibilities:
Analyzing and interpreting supply chain data to improve efficiency and meet KPIs.
Utilizing ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions for effective operations management.
Engaging with IBM AS/400 for data management and process optimization.
Employing 'About Time' software for effective time and resource management.
Leveraging 3M and Dcs systems to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
Providing excellent customer service, ensuring all inquiries are resolved in a timely and detail-oriented manner.
Forecasting sales and operations trends to help guide business decisions.
Maintaining accurate customer records and processing customer credit applications efficiently.
Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions in response to account status.
Maintaining open and clear communication channels with all stakeholders.

Requirements
Proficiency in 3M software
Familiarity with Dcs systems
Extensive knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
Experience with ERP Solutions
Proficiency in IBM AS/400 software
Previous experience with About Time software
