Job Title: Warehouse QC Inspector
Job Description
The Warehouse QC Inspector is responsible for providing Quality Assurance input during the development and production of sterile and non-sterile medical supplies and devices. This role involves ensuring that all products meet specified standards and regulations, working closely with manufacturing personnel, suppliers, and the Quality Assurance Manager.
Responsibilities
Issue batch records and work instructions to manufacturing personnel according to the production schedule.
Perform line inspections prior to production runs and review/approve line clearance documentation.
Inspect and release product labeling prior to production, reconcile labels, and perform final record reviews at the completion of production runs.
Conduct in-process inspections of products during production runs and final inspections at the completion of production runs.
Collaborate with suppliers to improve quality and assist the QA Manager with supplier qualifications.
Train CMS employees and contractors on company policies, production procedures, GMP guidelines, and the use of new equipment as appropriate.
Participate in internal and external quality audits as directed by the Quality Assurance Manager.
Assist in the development of procedures for testing and inspecting articles.
Perform incoming inspections and release medical devices, device materials, components, and subassemblies.
Perform root cause analysis and complete investigation write-ups for quality-related issues.
Assist in maintaining supplier files in accordance with established procedures.
Write and/or assist in writing test and inspection Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Assist in complaint investigations related to product quality.
Compile and report on vendor performance statistics.
Other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
Experience in packing, production, general labor, packaging, and inventory management.
Ability to train and guide employees on company policies and procedures.
Proficiency in performing quality inspections and audits.
Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis and quality investigations.
Knowledge of GMP guidelines and production processes.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Comprehensive training on documents, procedures, and topics outlined by Quality Assurance.
Documentation of training will be maintained with Human Resources.
Additional training requirements may be added as deemed necessary by the supervisor.

Work Environment
Our climate-controlled facility ensures a comfortable work environment. Additionally, we have a dedicated quality room with AC running at 68 degrees. The space is expanding to accommodate growth and improvement.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Huntersville, North Carolina.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
