The Steward or Dishwasher is primarily responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all hotel china, silverware, and cookware. Individuals in this role must have the ability to lift, pull and push a moderate amount of weight. This is a fast-paced position that will involve standing for long durations.

Hyatt Centric Congress Avenue Austin features 246 guestrooms, 3,000 sq ft. of dedicated meeting space, along with two exciting FandB concepts including an 8th floor rooftop bar. Guestrooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows offering unmatched views of the Texas Capitol, UT Stadium, and growing Austin skyline. The 31st floor is the home of the Artists Residence, a 1,400sq ft suite and event space with an outdoor terrace. The hotels boho-chic residential design will reflect Austins rich history in music and arts, with the common areas showcasing diverse local artists and guestrooms featuring iconic images from the historic neighboring Paramount Theatre.

A true desire to satisfy the needs of others

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work a flexible schedule, mornings and/or evenings and weekend

Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Must have the ability to lift a moderate amount of weight, up to 50 lbs
