Job Title: Medical ReceptionistJob Description

In this role, you will assist patients with portal registration, prepare for upcoming appointments and handle paperwork, and troubleshoot issues with the patient portal.

Responsibilities

Assist patients with portal registration

Prepare for upcoming appointments and handle necessary paperwork

Troubleshoot issues with the patient portal

Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk

Support administrative tasks within the healthcare setting

Essential Skills

Strong customer service skills

Proficiency in technology

Experience with medical reception and patient registration

Knowledge of medical terminology

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience with eClinical Works (eCW) preferred

Experience in a healthcare setting preferred

Work Environment

This role is 100% onsite in a Pediatric Clinic for the duration of a 2-month project. The work environment involves direct interaction with patients and healthcare professionals in a clinical setting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
